[01]Evolution

Facade cleaning has barely moved in a hundred years.

Seven tools, one pattern: the taller the building, the more effort and the more risk. Until now.

  1. A metal bucket with a short window squeegee resting on its rim, on a grey concrete floor in front of a red wall.

    [01]Squeegee and bucket

The beginning. Cleaning at its simplest.

  2. A telescopic pole with a squeegee head, standing upright in front of a red wall.

    [02]Telescopic pole

More reach. The first step upward.

  3. An aluminium stepladder in front of a red wall.

    [03]Ladder

Higher up. New tools, the same limit.

    Person at height

  4. A section of steel scaffolding with a deck in front of a red wall.

    [04]Scaffolding

Any height. With set-up, dismantling and blocked walkways.

    Person at height

  5. A grey scissor lift with its platform partly raised in front of a red wall.

    [05]Scissor lift

Heavy machinery, heavy effort, closed-off areas.

    Person at height

  6. A rope access technician in dark workwear with helmet, harness and rope, seen from behind, in front of a red wall.

    [06]Rope access

Specialised and flexible. And still a person at height.

    Person at height

  7. The white KLYR drone UNIT 01 hovering low in front of a red wall, its lance pointing forward under the fuselage.

The cleaning goes up. People stay on the ground.

    Pilot on the ground

Before every mission, we check that the drone suits your facade.

[02]How it works

Drone, lance, water, pilot.

Side view of a cleaning missionThe drone hovers at a distance from a glass facade and sprays water onto the glass through the nozzle of its lance. A hose runs from the drone to the reverse-osmosis unit on the ground, and the pilot stands beside it with the remote control.
  1. Drone UNIT 01

M400 platform, flown manually. GPS-assisted position holding keeps it steady in front of the facade, even in wind.

  2. Telescopic lance with nozzle

Water-fed, no brushes. Nothing touches the facade but water.

  3. Hose and reverse-osmosis unit

The water supply stays on the ground: a hose carries the water from the reverse-osmosis unit to the nozzle.

  4. Certified remote pilot

Flies every metre from the ground, from take-off to landing, with live telemetry on the controller.

[03]Services

Facades, glass and windows. Bookable today.

[01]Bookable now

Facade and glass cleaning

The core KLYR service: water-fed drone cleaning for facades, glass and curtain walls.

[02]Bookable now

Window cleaning

The same platform and method, offered as a standalone service for standard window cleaning.

On request

Solar panel cleaning

Soiled panels lose output. The same water-fed system keeps installations clean without ground crews or walked-on panels.

Ask us, and we will check your building.
Coming next

Aerial inspection and thermography

High-resolution imaging and thermal inspection of building envelopes and installations, extending the platform beyond cleaning.

Applications

KLYR works for commercial property owners, facility managers and industrial operators.

  • Facades
  • Glass and curtain walls
  • Office towers
  • Hotels
  • Universities and public buildings
  • Logistics halls
  • Solar installations
[04]Mission flow

From first call to final report.

  1. [01]

    Request

Send us your building details and facade type. We assess the job within a few days.

  2. [02]

    Analysis

3D mapping and site assessment define the exact flight envelope and access constraints.

  3. [03]

    Deployment planning

Flight paths, permits and safety zones are locked in before the drone ever launches.

  4. [04]

    Cleaning

A certified remote pilot flies the plan, in full control from take-off to landing.

  5. [05]

    Documentation

You receive high-resolution imagery and a full report for your records.
